The Role

Oversees all private event sales and execution — from weddings and corporate parties to intimate member dinners or buyouts. A creative operator who balances precision planning with elevated hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop event book of business and clientele
• Manage all inbound event inquiries, proposals, site visits, and contracts
• Own event P&L, pricing, and capacity planning in coordination with F&B and facilities
• Lead pre-event coordination with clients, internal teams, and vendors
• Supervise on-site execution and guest experience from setup to strike
• Develop programming calendars in partnership with marketing and membership leads
• Build relationships with planners, agencies, and local talent

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in event sales & production
• Strong sales acumen, excellent client-facing skills
• Comfortable running multiple events simultaneously with flawless execution
