Sodexo is looking for a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to oversee a significant culinary operation at a high-profile auto manufacturing account in Georgetown, KY . The Executive Chef 1 will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations, which include overseeing the café, catering services, and managing a substantial food volume of 3.5 million.
This is an exciting opportunity for a high-level culinary professional with strong front- and back-of-house skills, excellent financial acumen, and a passion for innovation. The selected candidate will oversee the main cafeteria , managing retail dining, catering services, and micro market operations .
IncentivesThis position offers a traditional Business and Industry, predominantly Monday through Friday. Accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (first year pro-rated based on date of hire). Medical Benefits beginning date of hire, and 401K with company match eligible.
What You'll DoHands on, lead daily food production, including planning, preparation, and quality control
Ensure compliance with Sodexo Culinary Standards and recipes
Manage food costs, inventory, and vendor relationships
Develop creative, high-quality menus that meet client and customer expectations
Train, mentor, and supervise a team of 8 Sodexo employees
Oversee catering functions, special events, and multi-site food service support
Drive customer satisfaction and continuously elevate the dining experience
