Job Description

We are currently seeking passionate and experienced fitness instructors to join our diverse team. As an instructor at Hardknox Astoria, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality classes, ensuring our members achieve their fitness goals in a safe and effective manner. We are looking for instructors in the following areas:

Workout Classes: HIIT, strength training, functional fitness, cardio, etc.
Yoga: Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, restorative, etc.
Martial Arts: Boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, etc.

Responsibilities:
Design and implement effective class routines tailored to various fitness levels.
Instruct and motivate members during classes, ensuring proper form and technique.
Provide modifications and progressions to accommodate all participants.
Maintain a clean and safe workout environment.
Foster a positive and inclusive community atmosphere.
Continuously stay updated with the latest fitness trends and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certified instructor in your area of expertise.
Previous teaching experience in a fitness setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire members of all fitness levels.
Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals. With the right attitude and determination, we are willing to train and give new instructors experience!!!
CPR/AED certification is great to have.
