For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) ( .​ Essential Functions + Drive to different locations to cover absence and vacations of the employees. + To assist employees in the performance of their duties and in the proper use of equipment. **Responsibilities** + Willing to adapt and learn new job responsibilities on site. + Assist in cleaning different location as needed. + Assist in working well with trades and others on joint projects. + Assist work resources of crews or employees in the assigned areas. + Assist with new work, confirm work details, and determine appropriate action for work. + Assist with all work-related materials and labor are entered into the work management system. + Assist with departmental policies, procedures and safety rules and regulations. + Assist with orders, and maintain an inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment. **Qualifications** + Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent. + Ability to communicate information and policies in a manner easily understood by employees and guests. + Ability to work in an environment that is not necessarily protected from weather and temperature changes with exposure to hot, cold, wet, humid or windy weather conditions for long periods of time. + Must be able to lift, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation, and exhibit full range of motion including standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing and crouching. + Ability to stand continuously and perform job functions for a full shift. **Preferred Qualifications** + Customer Service Experience + 1 yr of parking experience **Requirements** + Must be 21 years of age. + Must possess a Valid Driver's License. + Read, write and communicate using English language sufficient to perform job functions.
