Onesta General Contracting LLC is seeking an enthusiastic Construction Laborer to join our team in Tukwila, WA. This role is essential in supporting our mission in delivering high-quality commercial and multifamily renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have a background and genuine interest in construction, be self-driven, team-oriented, and ready for a job that could turn into a career. Your commitment to customer satisfaction, continuous growth, and operational efficiencies will be key to your success. Responsibilities: • Demolition and daily job site clean-up • Receive materials and supplies, checking packing slips and confirming orders, noting any discrepancies • Deliver materials and supplies between our shop and various job sites • Maintain general job site inventory and on-site storage organization • Attend and participate in team meetings, safety meetings, job site meetings, etc. • Ability to lift up to 80–100 lbs as needed throughout an 8-hour shift • Maintain clean and orderly job sites, trailers, and vehicles • Work directly with the site superintendent and project manager Qualifications: The ideal candidate should possess: • Valid WA State Driver’s License • Operational vehicle to use daily • Strong commitment to quality • Ability to communicate effectively, ask for help, and stay curious • Bilingual preferred but not required • Familiar with the construction industry • Familiar with basic hand tools • Willingness to learn and be mentored About Company: Who We Are Onesta is a locally owned general contractor with a reputation for building honest relationships with clients, team, and subcontractors.
