Skills/Requirements:

• Ability to handle delicate parts without causing damage.
• Basic math skills: ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions, including short letters and travelers.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact in both personal and small group settings.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Active listening skills.
• Dependability and punctuality.
• Cooperation and team-oriented mindset.
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
