IT DISPATCH MANAGER

Saratoga County, NY

Fusco Personnel is seeking a Dispatch Manager to work for a growing IT services organization.  The selected candidate will coordinate and oversee field service operations in a customer-facing, ticket-driven environment. This role is responsible for scheduling and supporting field technicians, managing service requests, and ensuring service levels are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch field technicians to support installation, repair, and service activities
• Monitor service requests and incidents through an ITSM/ticketing system
• Serve as the escalation point for field and customer issues
• Prepare technicians and customers for onsite service visits
• Provide remote troubleshooting and service validation prior to ticket closure
• Ensure accurate documentation and collection of required deliverables

Qualifications

• 2+ years of field services or dispatch experience
• 2+ years in a customer service–focused role
• Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office
• Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills

Salary

• $70,000-$80,000
