Turn over apartment units and complete work orders quickly and efficiently
Handle general maintenance tasks including:
Light plumbing & electrical
Drywall patching & painting
Hardware repairs, carpentry, and preventative upkeep
Help keep the community looking sharp — assist with common areas, grounds, and amenities
Experience in apartment, hotel, commercial, or retail maintenance
EPA Certification is a plus!
