Private Family in Sea Girt, NJ Seeking a Live-In Companion
Position: Full-Time Live-In Companion (Alzheimer’s Care)
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday or Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM | Live-In required (overnight stay included)
Salary: $35/hour (paid through payroll)
Start Date: ASAP
Relocation: No – local candidates or those able to relocate independently
A warm and welcoming private family located in Sea Girt, NJ is looking to hire a dedicated and compassionate live-in caregiver to support their 70-year-old loved one who is living with Alzheimer’s disease. The family values discretion, dependability, and experience in Alzheimer’s care. This is a live-in position for five days per week, with private accommodations provided. The family is seeking someone who can grow with them long-term and become a trusted member of the household.
Must be willing to travel within the United States
The ideal candidate is patient, proactive, and experienced with Alzheimer’s or dementia care. They are nurturing, calm under pressure, and confident managing day-to-day care needs with respect and dignity. A passion for senior care, a positive demeanor, and strong communication skills are essential. The family is looking for someone who is a long-term fit and will bring peace of mind, reliability, and warmth to their home.
