Position Overview
The Manager, Retail Development has division-level responsibility for working with independent supermarket owners and managers to develop retail capabilities of the store. A key function is assisting both new and existing stores in upgrading facilities to maintain competitiveness in the marketplace. This role will utilize industry experience for guidance on store design, equipment sales, project management, energy conservation, and understanding code requirements for the independent supermarket groups. This role will be focused on the Customer Experience and able to balance several active projects at the same time.
