Office Assistant -- Online Gaming Platform

Pay Range: $40K - $45K gross per year with excellent benefits

Location: Cheyenne, WY (Hybrid - 3 times per week in office, non-negotiable)

How you’ll make an impact as an Office Assistant:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all U.S. business operations, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
• Expertly manage comprehensive administrative tasks, from meticulous filing and document organization to handling crucial correspondence.
• Coordinate essential meetings and act as a proactive liaison for department heads, key business partners, and valued vendors.
• Cultivate strong, effective communication channels with all stakeholders, including local business contacts and essential service providers.
• Leverage your basic accountancy and finance principles to assist with critical financial tasks like precise expense tracking, timely invoicing, and efficient budget coordination.

• Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills that inspire clarity and collaboration.
