Key Responsibilities
● Set up and label cases as per production requirements
● Pack eggs carefully and accurately into designated cases
● Ensure each case is properly labeled and meets quality standards
● Maintain a clean and organized packing area
● Keep packing supplies stocked and in good condition
● Follow run sheets and production instructions precisely
● Adhere to food safety and quality control procedures
● Report any safety or quality concerns to the supervisor immediately
● Assist in inventory and count accuracy when needed
● Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
● No specific certifications or licenses required
● Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
● Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
● Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
● Previous experience in food packing or production is a plus
Physical Requirements
● Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8–12 hours)
● Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds regularly
● Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required
● Ability to work in varying temperatures and environmental conditions
● Frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
Additional Information
● 10-Hour Shifts
● Weekend shifts are rotated
● Wage $14-$16
