JF Restaurants is looking for a dynamic Pastry Chef with an entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to systems-based growth to join our team at Hamlin House. This role requires strong creative and operational leadership.
The Pastry Chef is responsible for managing the pastry kitchen personnel, ensuring the quality preparation of all pastry items and all proper handling/storage of all food items in accordance with standards. Coordinates the purchase of all food and menu development, maintaining food and labor costs.
