Certified Personal Trainer

The Personal Trainer role is responsible for creating exercise programs for a wide variety of clients to ensure they achieve their fitness goals.
Crunch Fitness Trainers Are
● Evaluate clients’ fitness levels and skillset to plan attainable goals
● Design exercise programs using company systems and tools (TrueCoach)
● Lead and coach clients through planned exercise programs
● Educate clients on diet, nutrition, and proper/safe use of equipment
● Track clients’ progress and make adjustments as goals are reached
● Communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively with clients
● Maintain an accurate schedule within company system (DataTrak)
● Other duties as assigned

Here’s What you Need to Qualify
● Personal training experience - 1 year
● CPR/AED certification
● Professional personal training certification (Required)
○ NASM, ISSA, ACE, NCCPT, NFPT, ACSM, NESTA, CSCS
● Ability to work with clients who may need specialized attention
● Background check
