Job Description:
Scrum Master supporting two agile teams in a hybrid environment, ensuring successful delivery through collaboration and proactive team guidance.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Manage two agile teams (~15 members each), overseeing ceremonies and project cadence
Lead standups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, PI Planning, and demos
Maintain up-to-date boards in Azure DevOps and ensure timely ticket management
Collaborate closely with program managers and team leads to drive progress
Monitor and escalate blockers and dependencies proactively
Generate reports including burn down charts, velocity, and control charts
Operate within both agile and waterfall-like environments
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
5–10 years of professional experience
3 years of Scrum Master or Agile facilitation experience
Agile certification (e.g., CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP)
Experience managing full SDLC projects
Agile sprint planning and reporting
1 years of Azure DevOps usage (creating tickets, running queries)
Strong understanding of development lifecycle and proactive, delivery-focused mindset
Nice-to-Haves:
Exposure to other Agile frameworks (Kanban, SAFe)
Salesforce or CRM project experience
Bachelor's degree in CS, Math, Engineering, or related
Dashboard creation and Power BI skills
Advanced Agile certifications
