In this role, you will lead a high-performing team of SMB Sales Representatives focused on driving new business acquisition and accelerating market growth. The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is USD $136,429 - $151,429. The OTE includes a base salary range of USD $95,500 - $106,000 and an annualized cash variable incentive target range of $40,929 - $45,429. The cash variable incentive payment is based on individual sales performance and its payment is based on the terms of the Sales Incentive Plan.
