About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Pega Developer to design, develop, and implement Pega applications for complex enterprise-level solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Pega PRPC and related technologies, driving high-quality deliverables and collaborating with business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and implement Pega PRPC applications aligned with business requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into scalable Pega solutions.
• Customize and configure Pega case management, UI, integrations, and decision rules.
• Develop and maintain APIs and integrations with external systems.
• Conduct unit testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting for Pega applications.
• Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to coding standards and guidelines.
• Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for Pega solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Pega PRPC development.
• Strong understanding of Pega frameworks like Customer Service, Marketing, or Sales Automation.
• Experience with Pega integrations (REST, SOAP, JMS, etc.) and external system connectivity.
• Expertise in Pega UI/UX design, case lifecycle management, and decisioning rules.
• Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
