Compensation Range: $50-53/hr

Job Description:
Oversee inbound transportation operations to ensure efficient product flow from global vendors to U.S. destinations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage 4PL/MCS data flows from Infor Nexus to SAP

• Monitor purchase order visibility via Infor Nexus and Starlink

• Handle inbound forecasting and reporting

• Provide accrual and costing data to finance for planning and month-end processes

• Liaise with vendors and manage exceptions, delays, and bookings

• Coordinate direct-to-customer shipments

• Optimize container utilization by aligning shipping timelines with vendors

• Collaborate with inventory, finance, and logistics partners

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

  • 3–5 years of supply chain/operational experience

  • Experience with international import/ocean transportation

  • Understanding of domestic and LTL truck freight

  • Strong Excel skills and reporting capabilities

  • Ability to interpret data and align it to best carriers and rates

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • SAP, Infor Nexus, or Blue Cherry experience

  • Exposure to direct-to-customer shipments bypassing warehouses

  • BS in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
