**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled welder to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will adjust welding current to proper configurations, heat and form metal parts using various tools and equipment, and weld components in multiple positions. **Responsibilities** + Adjust welding current to appropriate weld configurations. + Heat and form metal parts and components using hand tools, torch, or welding equipment. + Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions. + Operate and read measuring devices accurately. + Assemble and weld various metal parts together. + Engage in production welding indoors for 10-12 hours daily. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in MIG welding. + Ability to weld using stick and wire feed methods. + Experience in brazing and blueprint reading. + Minimum of 6 months of welding experience through education or work. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ If you would like to set up a time to jump on a Virtual Call and get set up faster, please, click the link below as it shows my calendar and the time slots that are available during the week. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
