**Aircraft Mechanic in Little Rock, Arkansas** **Job Description:** + Perform tasks as required by the work scope with efficiency and quality standards. + Utilize applicable technical data for maintenance and inspection, servicing and lubrication, troubleshooting, repair, modifications, fueling, and defueling. + Be thoroughly familiar with the Quality Control systems and procedures of the Repair Station/Quality Control Manual. + Complete aircraft maintenance paperwork and forms as outlined in the RSM/QCM. + Support Aircraft Crew Chief with shift turnover requirements as outlined in the RSM/QCM. + Collaborate with the Customer Project Supervisor to achieve on-time and on-budget objectives. + Provide services and deliverables that meet and exceed customer satisfaction expectations. + Maintain good housekeeping practices using the 5S system (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain). + Focus on Human Factors in the workplace and aim for zero defects in workmanship and safety. + Observe and administer company rules, regulations, safety policy, and standard operating procedures. + Support the corporate mission and vision through the achievement of department goals and objectives. **Shift:** + 1st shift (M-F, 7a-3:30p) + 2nd shift (M-Th, 3:30p-2a), + Weekend shift (F, Sat, Sun, 7a-7p).
