Company Vehicle Programs Administration Specialist Location Auburn Hills, MI : Join our thriving Company Vehicle Operations Team as a Program Administration Specialist, where your passion for precision meets unparalleled customer service. As a key liaison between our team and clients, you'll navigate the intersection of efficiency and excellence, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders in our dynamic company vehicle program.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with all aspects of program administration including order system management, VOIM, logistics, and supply chain interface, vehicle order tracking, VIP/Inpat/Expat, EL, PE, FD and UAW programs, Affiliate programs, Short Term Lease Program, out of state interims and special vehicle moves, insurance and mortgage letters, program reporting, customer interface on all program issues. Manage program reports on a daily/monthly basis. Collaborate with other Stellantis departments, employees, dealers, and auction houses as needed for problem resolution. Support the Programs Administration call center as a program liaison and serve as a point of escalation for issue resolution. Assist in identifying opportunities for program efficiencies and process improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Minimum 2 years customer service experience required Skills/Competencies: - Strong interpersonal and communications skills both written and verbal
